Used materials

In paintbrushes production, we use several types of bristle: natural bristle and mixtures of natural bristle and synthetic fibre – Orel (50/50) and Polyester mix (30/70) which are characterized by high endurance and resistance to caustic substances. The brushes can be also made of natural bristle as well as of plant and synthetic fibers – PPN, PVC, polyethylene, polyamide.

Handles and brush frames are mainly made of beechwood, which is hard but at the same time easy to shape. Additionally and according to needs, there is used ash wood and birch wood. The offer covers also plastic handles in various colors.
 

 

Special services

The SZCZOTEX company specializes in production of nonstandard paintbrushes and brushes, thus, all our products may be adjusted to you needs and requirements: color and shape of a handle or brush frame, used bristle and fiber. We complete orders according to a project of brushes sent by a Client or develop it by ourselves due to sepcification. Moreover, products may be packed into collective boxes by our client’s design, labeled and marked with your logo (on a handle or ferrule).
